Emily has always had a passion, and interest for a natural approach to healing and body care. She fulfilled her dreams in 2007 with a diploma in Massage and hydrotherapy from CDI College.

With this education, she is able to apply her skill set in aiding people to keep proper and healthy body biomechanics, in association with remedial exercise. Emily also keeps her knowledge base fresh by reading new periodicals, and revisiting massage concepts from her studies.

Emily has great dedication and awareness in her massage techniques. She is able to tailor specific treatments to every client she comes in contact with, to better treat their physical individuality.

Jess Milne

Jessie Milne is a Can-Fit-Pro certified personal trainer and Yoga Exercise Specialist. She previously studied martial arts for ten years, achieving her first-degree black belt. She is certified in TRX suspension training.

With clients, she focuses on body alignment, functional flexibility, proper posture and preventing/correcting structural and muscular imbalances using corrective exercises and myo-fascial massage techniques. Jessie loves building lasting relationships with clients by helping them realize their potential and how amazing they can look and feel.

Christine Hanlan started her fitness career as a competitive swimmer at age nine, swimming her way through adolescence and university. Today, as a certified personal trainer, Christine takes her love of fitness with her to work where she helps clients reach their personal fitness and health goals. As well as her Personal Training Specialist certification from Canfitpro, Christine holds a Functional Movement Systems certification and TRX Suspension Training.

Christine is also a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition where she was recognized for graduating first in her class. Amazed at what nutrition did for her, Christine is passionate about combining nutrition with fitness for optimal results.

Recently Christine received training for low intensity laser therapy, a remarkable tool for tissue repair and recovery.
