Emily Everett

Emily Everett started her career in 2007 as a massage therapist. Through her knowledge of muscle, connective tissue, and fascia – she can create unique sessions with her clients, incorporating functional movement, yoga and tissue work. In 2014 Emily completed her yoga teacher training certification with the Yoga Alliance, and in 2015 onward has been teaching the CPTN Certified FPTS course alongside Melissa Putt. She works full-time as the resident massage therapist at Healthy Habits Nutrition and Fitness Consulting, combining massage therapy with fascial yoga and posture therapy for sustained client results.


Jess Milne

Jessie Milne is a Can-Fit-Pro certified personal trainer and Yoga Exercise Specialist. She previously studied martial arts for ten years, achieving her first-degree black belt. She is certified in TRX suspension training.

With clients, she focuses on body alignment, functional flexibility, proper posture and preventing/correcting structural and muscular imbalances using corrective exercises and myo-fascial massage techniques. Jessie loves building lasting relationships with clients by helping them realize their potential and how amazing they can look and feel.


Anna Lubaszka, BSC (HONS), DHMHS, RHN

Anna is passionate about nutritional health and is the force behind Healthy Habits Nutritional programming. She presents often to small groups on nutrition and health issues and draws from her vast knowledge and certifications in homeopathy and herbology. Her athletic background and industry training make her a keen instructor for form and fascial technique. She has over a two decades in the health and hospital setting and is passionate about keeping people accountable on their nutritional needs.
